Service Fees Policy

ASAP Skyfares, operating in association with Infinity Travel and Infinity Web Solutions LLC, may charge service fees, processing fees, transaction fees, booking assistance fees, and administrative fees in connection with travel reservations and customer support services.

Service fees compensate for booking assistance, customer support, supplier coordination, reservation management, payment processing, and post-booking support services.

Flight Reservation Service Fees

Online flight reservation service fees may vary based on:

• Route type

• Cabin class

• Supplier requirements

• Booking complexity

• Fraud prevention procedures

• Operational costs

Service fees for flight reservations may range from $0.00 to $150.00 per passenger depending on the reservation.

Additional service fees may apply to:

• Business and First Class travel

• Multi-city itineraries

• Complex international travel

• Open-jaw itineraries

• Special requests

• Premium services

Hotel Reservation Service Fees

Hotel reservation service fees may be charged for booking assistance, reservation management, and customer support services.

Hotel service fees may range up to $42.00 per room per night depending on the reservation.

Supplier Fees

Travel suppliers may impose separate charges, including:

• Airline penalties

• Hotel penalties

• Change fees

• Cancellation fees

• Resort fees

• Government taxes

• Airport charges

• Processing charges

These charges remain independent of ASAP Skyfares service fees.

Customer Support Service Fees

Additional service fees may apply for:

• Manual booking assistance

• Telephone reservations

• Complex itineraries

• International reservations

• Refund assistance

• Exchange assistance

• Waiver requests

• Special services

Currency Conversion

Service fees may be displayed in U.S. Dollars or converted to local currency based on applicable exchange rates.

Refundability of Service Fees

Service fees are generally considered earned upon performance of the requested service.

However, service fees may be refunded if:

• The requested service was not provided;

• The booking was not processed;

• Applicable law requires a refund;

• A supplier authorizes reimbursement.

Modification of Service Fees

Service fees may be adjusted periodically due to supplier requirements, operational changes, regulatory developments, or market conditions.

The final amount payable will always be disclosed before confirmation of the reservation.
