Flight Booking Terms

These Flight Booking Terms govern all flight reservations facilitated by ASAP Skyfares through airlines, travel suppliers, consolidators, booking systems, and affiliated travel partners.

ASAP Skyfares operates in association with Infinity Travel and Infinity Web Solutions LLC through established travel partnerships, supplier relationships, and booking support services.

By booking a flight through ASAP Skyfares, customers acknowledge and agree to these Flight Booking Terms, the applicable airline's Conditions of Carriage, supplier policies, and all related travel requirements.

Flight Reservations

Flight reservations are subject to:

• Airline availability;

• Supplier inventory;

• Fare rules;

• Government regulations;

• Airport requirements;

• Security restrictions;

• Operational limitations.

A reservation request does not guarantee ticket issuance or confirmation.

Reservations become final only after:

• Payment authorization;

• Supplier acceptance;

• Fare validation;

• Fraud verification;

• Ticket issuance.

Airline Conditions of Carriage

Each airline maintains its own Conditions of Carriage governing:

• Transportation services;

• Boarding requirements;

• Ticket validity;

• Passenger conduct;

• Baggage allowances;

• Flight schedules;

• Refunds;

• Cancellations;

• Compensation rights.

Customers agree to comply with all applicable airline policies.

Fare Types

Airline fares may include:

Refundable Fares

These fares may qualify for partial or full refunds according to airline rules.

Non-Refundable Fares

These fares typically do not qualify for cash refunds and may only permit future travel credits or limited modifications.

Promotional Fares

Promotional and discounted fares often contain additional restrictions and may be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Consolidator and Negotiated Fares

Certain fares obtained through suppliers, consolidators, or travel partners may contain special restrictions and conditions.

Schedule Changes

Airlines reserve the right to:

• Modify flight schedules;

• Change departure times;

• Change arrival times;

• Substitute aircraft;

• Modify routes;

• Cancel flights;

• Consolidate flights;

• Reschedule itineraries.

ASAP Skyfares will make reasonable efforts to communicate supplier-provided schedule changes but cannot guarantee advance notice.

Baggage Policies

Baggage allowances vary by:

• Airline;

• Route;

• Fare class;

• Cabin class;

• Frequent flyer status.

Additional baggage fees may apply.

Customers are responsible for verifying baggage policies directly with the airline before travel.

Check-In Requirements

Passengers remain solely responsible for:

• Meeting check-in deadlines;

• Arriving at the airport on time;

• Completing security procedures;

• Providing valid identification;

• Meeting boarding requirements.

Failure to satisfy check-in requirements may result in denied boarding and loss of refund eligibility.

No-Shows

Failure to appear for a scheduled flight may result in:

• Cancellation of remaining itinerary segments;

• Loss of ticket value;

• Supplier penalties;

• Loss of refund eligibility.

International Travel

International travel may require:

• Valid passports;

• Visas;

• Transit permits;

• Health documentation;

• Customs declarations;

• Vaccination certificates.

Passengers remain solely responsible for satisfying all international travel requirements.

Special Service Requests

Special requests may include:

• Wheelchair assistance;

• Medical accommodations;

• Special meals;

• Seating preferences;

• Infant travel;

• Disability accommodations.

Requests are submitted to airlines but cannot be guaranteed.

Airline Liability

Airlines retain sole responsibility for:

• Flight operations;

• Transportation services;

• Delays;

• Cancellations;

• Baggage handling;

• Boarding decisions;

• Passenger safety.
