Introduction

ASAP Skyfares recognizes that travel plans may change due to personal circumstances, operational disruptions, supplier decisions, or unforeseen events. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation requests are processed and how cancellation eligibility is determined.

ASAP Skyfares operates in association with Infinity Travel and Infinity Web Solutions LLC through authorized travel suppliers, booking partners, and travel service providers. Cancellation rights and restrictions are established primarily by the supplier providing the travel service.

Flight Cancellations

Airline ticket cancellations are governed by:

  • Airline fare rules

  • Conditions of carriage

  • Supplier policies

  • Booking restrictions

  • Government regulations

Cancellation eligibility varies based on the ticket purchased and may include:

  • Fully cancellable fares

  • Partially cancellable fares

  • Non-cancellable fares

  • Future credit eligible fares

Cancellation penalties imposed by airlines, suppliers, or travel partners may apply.

Hotel Cancellations

Hotel cancellations remain subject to the cancellation policies established by the hotel property, accommodation provider, or booking supplier.

Hotel cancellation policies may include:

  • Free cancellation periods

  • Partial cancellation penalties

  • Full cancellation penalties

  • Non-refundable reservations

  • Advance purchase restrictions

  • No-show penalties

Customers are responsible for reviewing hotel cancellation conditions before confirming reservations.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Customers requesting cancellations should submit their requests as early as possible.

Cancellation requests may require:

  • Supplier authorization

  • Payment verification

Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee approval of cancellation or refund eligibility.

Supplier-Initiated Cancellations

Travel suppliers may cancel or modify reservations due to:

  • Safety concerns

  • Scheduling changes

  • Force majeure events

When suppliers provide alternative travel arrangements, refunds, waivers, or future travel credits, ASAP Skyfares will assist customers in accessing available options.

Special Circumstances

In certain circumstances, suppliers may offer waivers, exceptions, or alternative accommodations for:

  • Military personnel

  • Medical emergencies

  • Bereavement situations

  • Disability accommodations

  • Government travel restrictions

Approval of such exceptions remains solely at the discretion of the supplier.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation requests may be subject to:

  • Airline cancellation fees

  • Hotel cancellation fees

  • Supplier penalties

  • Processing fees

  • Service charges

  • Administrative fees

These fees may be charged separately and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Force Majeure

Cancellation rights during extraordinary circumstances, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, or civil unrest, remain subject to supplier policies and applicable regulations.

Policy Changes

This Cancellation Policy may be revised periodically to reflect supplier, regulatory, or operational changes.
