Hotel Booking Terms

These Hotel Booking Terms govern all hotel reservations facilitated through ASAP Skyfares.

ASAP Skyfares operates in association with Infinity Travel and Infinity Web Solutions LLC through established travel partnerships, supplier relationships, and booking support services.

By booking accommodations through ASAP Skyfares, customers agree to these Hotel Booking Terms and the policies of the applicable hotel supplier.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel reservations remain subject to:

• Property availability;

• Supplier confirmation;

• Hotel policies;

• Local regulations;

• Occupancy restrictions;

• Supplier conditions.

A reservation request does not guarantee accommodation until confirmed by the supplier.

Hotel Information

Hotel descriptions, photographs, ratings, amenities, and reviews may be supplied by hotels, suppliers, or third-party providers.

ASAP Skyfares does not guarantee:

• Accuracy of descriptions;

• Hotel star ratings;

• Availability of amenities;

• Property conditions;

• Hotel photographs;

• Guest reviews.

Such information may change without notice.

Check-In Requirements

Guests may be required to provide:

• Government-issued identification;

• Payment cards;

• Reservation confirmation;

• Security deposits;

• Additional documentation.

Hotels reserve the right to deny check-in if requirements are not satisfied.

Occupancy Rules

Hotels may impose:

No-Shows

Failure to check in without proper cancellation may result in:

• Full reservation forfeiture.

Property Changes

Hotels reserve the right to:

• Adjust services;

• Renovate facilities;

ASAP Skyfares cannot guarantee specific rooms, views, or amenities unless expressly confirmed by the supplier.

Special Requests

• Early check-in;

• Late check-out;

• Accessibility accommodations;

• Smoking preferences;

Special requests cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to hotel approval.

Hotel Liability

Hotels maintain sole responsibility for:

• Accommodation services;

• Property operations;

• Guest services;

• Security;

• Maintenance;

• Staff conduct;

• Property conditions.

ASAP Skyfares acts solely as a booking intermediary and does not own, operate, or manage hotels.
